The 4-star wellness superior hotel Adula in the Swiss canton of Grisons is nestled in the Alps near the beautiful Lake Cauma. Those looking for a break from the hectic pace of everyday life will find the necessary tranquility here in nature or during one of the numerous wellness and spa treatments.

Just a 90-minute drive from Zurich, you’ll sleep in modern but classically oriented rooms that convey the feeling of a true mountain vacation. The room rate includes not only the breakfast buffet, but also access to the 1,200 m² LA MIRA Wellness & Spa area with indoor pool (28°C), outdoor brine pool (35°C), herbal sauna, ruby steam bath, Bündner Schwitzstube, air court, ice grotto, Panta Rhei relaxation room, fitness and gymnastics room.

For breakfast, a rich selection of vegan dishes is available at the buffet with advance reservation. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant LA CLAV serves vegan and vegetarian dishes at the highest level. Those who want to feast properly on vacation and not worry about anything, simply ask for vegan half board at the reception.

At the Hotel Adula, the vegan offer already starts with breakfast. In a vegan corner, guests can choose from a varied selection of vegan dishes and enjoy a real mountain breakfast. In the evening our vegan guests can enjoy their meals in two restaurants: in the restaurant La Clav – the first vegan/vegetarian Bündnerstube and in the restaurant Pintga/Gronda. At La Clav, the kitchen team reinvents the typical Grisons specialties and at the same time, as Hotel Adula, we remain true to our roots. Regionality is the first priority in our dishes, which is why we source all products regionally. From vegan millet capuns to the popular Adula burger, vegans can choose from a wide menu at La Clav restaurant to suit their mood. A sweet dessert like a homemade sorbet, round off a successful evening in the rustic Bündnerstube. In the restaurant Pintga/Gronda there is our daily changing dinner menu. Also there vegans are in good hands – but are asked to announce this in advance.
