The four-star wellness and hiking hotel Bergschlössl is located at 1,040 meters above sea level in the tranquil Lüsnertal valley at the foot of the Dolomites.
The rooms are furnished in a traditional Alpine style with high-quality solid wood furniture and some have luxurious extras such as a whirlpool, sauna or waterbed.
The wellness facilities include a natural stone panorama pool in the middle of a 1,500 square meter garden, an indoor pool and a nudist roof terrace with Jacuzzi. Guests also have access to a large sauna world and a fitness room, and massages and beauty treatments can be booked.
Children have lots of fun in the playroom or on the natural playground with petting zoo.
The restaurant serves regional and Mediterranean cuisine, with many basic products sourced from local farms.
Active vacationers like to use their stay at the Hotel Bergschlössl for hikes and mountain bike tours through the Puez Geisler Nature Park, for climbing or paragliding.
In winter, a small practice lift starts operating right next to the hotel. The Plose ski area with 43 kilometers of slopes can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
