Hotel Description
The family-run four-star superior hotel Goldener Berg is located at 1,700 meters above sea level on a sunny plateau above Lech am Arlberg. Hotel guests can easily reach the center of the village by cable car, which operates until late in the evening. The 40 rooms and suites are furnished in modern Alpine style.
Four restaurants, including the award-winning Johannesstübli, provide for the physical well-being. A sun terrace with 140 seats and a well-stocked wine cellar complement the gastronomy area.
The 500 square meter Spa Alpin is designed very close to nature with wood and granite. It includes an outdoor whirlpool, an indoor pool, several saunas and relaxation rooms. In addition, there are massage and treatment rooms for beauty treatments, with care products from the hotel’s own “Almstern” series.
The fitness room has space for a Galileo exercise machine and various cardio equipment. The hotel’s weekly program, which invites guests to go on torchlight or snowshoe hikes, among other activities, ensures a particularly varied stay.
Other options for active leisure in the vicinity of the hotel include climbing, mountain biking, rafting, fishing and tennis. In winter, the hotel has direct access to the slopes of the Arlberg ski area.
