For us as a hotelier couple, the changeover to a purely vegetarian-vegan breakfast buffet was a consistent step, as we ourselves have been living vegan for quite some time. Thus, we are one of the first vegetarian-vegan hotels allgäu-wide.
On our breakfast buffet you will find a selection of high-quality vegan dishes, as well as exclusively regional and mostly organic products, which come from farmers and producers from the Allgäu. Some of the fruits, vegetables and herbs come from the in-house permaculture garden. From this we make our own vegan spreads, jams and chutneys.
