Hotel Description
The Haus am Watt is a 250-year-old, carefully restored thatched farmhouse situated on a mound between Büsum and St. Peter-Ording, directly on the dike. The distance to the Wadden Sea National Park is only one kilometer.
The pension is surrounded by a three-hectare garden with old fruit trees, sunbathing lawns and a barrel sauna. Children here on vacation make acquaintance with ponies, horses and chickens.
The rooms are simple and mostly furnished with antique country furniture and have shower and toilet.
In the café, the Haus am Watt offers homemade cakes and pies in the afternoon, and vegetarian organic cuisine is served in the evening.
Soothing relaxation can be found during an Ayurvedic massage.
For children, the pension organizes a varied recreational program during the vacation periods.
The nearest beach is four kilometers away. Nice day trips lead to the Halligen and North Sea islands, to the West Coast Animal Park of St. Peter-Ording or to the Multimar-Wattforum in Tönning.
