Hotel Description
The Singharaja Garden ECO-Lodge is located around two hours’ drive from Colombo on a three-hectare property on the edge of the rainforest, surrounded by rice fields and tea plantations. The main house and the two bungalows are built from clay, natural stone and clay bricks and partly furnished in colonial style.
The private natural pool with terrace in the garden and the yoga and Ayurveda area in the main house invite you to relax.
In the open-plan restaurant with outdoor terrace, the Singharaja Garden ECO-Lodge serves exotic vegetarian and vegan dishes, mainly from Ayurvedic cuisine. The hotel sources vegetables, fruit and spices from its own organic garden or from small farmers in the neighborhood.
Active vacationers can explore the scenic surroundings on guided trekking tours through the jungle.
